Pedro aces it
Good sports: Mets ace Pedro Martinez sits for an interview tonight (7 p.m.) on SNY’s “SNY Spotlight,” hosted by Kevin Burkhardt – who asks Pedro about the team’s his toric col lapse last season. “Having such a big lead, it was like, come on, let’s make it,” Pedro says. “It was something I thought we should have done.”
And veteran sports pro ducer Michael Weisman and wife Carol are honored tonight at the Life Without Lupus Gala (Marriott Mar quis), emceed by NBC’s Hoda Kotb. Bob Costas will present the Weismans with their award.
