JEWELRY ACTRESS: I WASN’T PORN YESTERDAY

A TV host who’s shown getting hot and bothered by a necklace in an online ad isn’t faking it now.

In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, the woman, identified only as “Jane Doe,” says she’s mad that the “comedic” ad she filmed for Szul Jewelry has been turned into near-pornography.

The finished version of the ad, titled “Rock Her World,” shows the married actress writhing around a bed in lingerie.

“She was told it was going to be comedic, and it wound up being softcore porn instead,” said lawyer Kevin Mulhearn, whose 37-year-old client is suing Szul for $5 million.

Reps for Szul and the Web commercial’s producer, Q2 Entertainment, did not return calls for comment.

The suit says Doe, who “has worked as a live on-air host for a national cable network program” since 2001 and has done some modeling and acting work, responded to an ad seeking a man and a woman for a “Viral Web Spot” commercial.

Toward the end of the shoot, the director told Doe to “feign excitement while lying down,” the suit says.

When the spot went online, it “focused without interruption on plaintiff, lying down and wearing a Szul necklace, appearing to have an orgasm or otherwise experiencing sexual pleasure,” the suit says.

The suit says Doe never signed a release allowing the company to put the spot online, and the racy final product harmed her efforts and hard work to maintain “a wholesome image.”
