BAD ‘BRIDGE’ WORK PAYS OFF

The former head of a state entity overseeing Brooklyn Bridge Park – who critics blamed for overruns and mounting legal bills – has got a better-paying, $150,000-a-year job at the city-run corporation overseeing development of the West Side.

Wendy Leventer, who in March was fired as president of the Brooklyn Bridge Development Corp., swapped jobs with her newly-appointed successor, Regina Myer, officials confirmed yesterday.

Leventer recently began working Myer’s old job as senior vice president for planning at the Hudson Yards Development Corp. Myer now earns $155,000 as president of the Brooklyn Bridge Park Development Corp., a job that had paid Leventer $146,598.
