BREAK FOR MILLIONAIRE DWI KILLER

A millionaire Wall Street executive will serve just 16 days in jail for a fatal case of drunken driving, after prosecutors admitted yesterday that it was impossible to tell if the victim contributed to her own death by jaywalking while intoxicated.

George Anderson, 48, the founder and CEO of technology firm Enterprise Engineering, had faced up to seven years prison after mowing down the Brooklyn woman, 59, with his Mercedes on Water Street a year ago.

Under yesterday’s plea to misdemeanor charges of DWI and leaving the scene of an accident, he’ll instead serve eight weekends in jail, do 200 hours of community service and pay a $350 fine.

Prosecutor David Hammer said yesterday that victim Florence Cioffi had a blood-alcohol level more than twice the legal limit.

“An intensive investigation by the defense and prosecutors revealed she probably stepped out from between two parked cars,” said Anderson’s lawyer, Stacey Richman.
