TAKE-TWO’S COO TO EXIT

Take-Two Interactive said COO Gary Dale will leave the company, a month after the publisher of the “Grand Theft Auto” videogames forecast a first-quarter loss.

Dale’s day-to-day duties will end immediately, the New York-based company said in a regulatory filing yesterday. His employment officially ends April 15.

Alan Lewis, a Take-Two spokesman, declined to say why Dale resigned other than that it was for “personal reasons.” The company isn’t expecting to fill the position, he said.
