A Brooklyn woman is taking the King of Pop’s clan to court, claiming brother Tito Jackson is her dad.
Tanay Rodney Jackson, 25, filed a petition in Brooklyn Family Court last summer to declare the former Jackson 5 guitarist her father.
“He told me he was my father when I was 17,” she said, adding that Tito Jackson would “pop over now and then” when she was in grade school.
“He didn’t want it public,” she said. “He was ashamed.”
