NEW SHOT FOR CLUB BOSS

Nightclub owner Noah Tepperberg got the neighborhood OK last week to open a new place in Chelsea, 10 blocks from where his hotspot Marquee has attracted A-list celebs and a police crackdown.

Community Board 4 gave its approval Wednesday to Tepperberg’s liquor-license request for Earth, a lounge on 10th Avenue and 17th Street.

Marquee, a star playground favored by Mariah Carey, Paris Hilton and Eva Longoria, was padlocked last summer after undercover cops bought cocaine there and issued violations for drug-dealing on the premises on eight occasions.

In October, the club paid a $100,000 fine to the State Liquor Authority, which cited the drug violations and several other summonses dating to 2006. They said the club has cooperated fully in the investigation, cops said.
