A former Miss USA-turned-TV-soap-vixen has a new title: Miss XXX.
In a jump from pageant to porn, Kelli McCarty, who won the Miss USA crown in 1991 and went on to play villainess Beth Wallace on the daytime soap “Passions” from 1999 to 2006, has made her first hardcore sex flick, called “Faithless.”
“I enjoy acting, and I really like sex, so this was the perfect opportunity to combine two of my passions,” McCarty, 39, said in a statement released by Vivid Entertainment, an adult film studio.
In the X-rated DVD, which goes on sale Feb. 4, the storyline has the actress playing Callie, whose husband has a roving eye. She seduces her stepdaughter’s boyfriend.
“She smolders sex from every pore of her body,” said Vivid co-chairman Steven Hirsch.
McCarty said she approached Vivid and suggested the idea of shooting a film with “a sexy but interesting storyline.”
Hirsch said that “as it turns out, she’s a natural porn star.”
