OH, vanity. We think Shakespeare said something about it once. But is anyone in Hollywood listening? Judging by the number of vanity projects that get dumped on the DVD shelf each year, probably not. The Post took a look at three recent straight-to-home video releases that seem to exist solely because a star called in a favor. The results are uglier than the baby in “Eraserhead.”
