GO WESTCHESTER

It’s not exactly the Hamptons, but anybody looking for a trophy rental might want to take a look at Matthew Bronfman’s Westchester mansion. The Seagram heir has listed his 9,000-square-foot manor home for $28,500 per month.

The house, located in the hamlet of Katonah, in a ritzy estate area in the town of Bedford, includes eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms and a swimming pool. It’s perched on 19 acres with formal gardens and flagstone terraces.

Known as Treetops, the mansion garnered some infamy in 2002. A photo (above) including former President Bill Clinton and Bronfman’s ex-wife, brainy beauty Lisa Belzberg, was taken at the estate and published in Newsweek. Clinton and Belzberg, who had previously been spotted flirting in public, were photographed by Belzberg’s stainless-steel Sub-Zero refrigerator.

Earlier that year, Clinton was quoted as saying, “She married a guy worth $6 billion, but she still likes to flirt with me.”

Treetops is listed with top Bedford broker Dan Ginnel of Ginnel Real Estate, who declined to comment.
