Call her Mrs. Fantastic.
Jessica Alba’s first taste of motherhood has been easy as pie, she says.
“I didn’t scream. It was really Zen,” she tells OK! Magazine about the June 7 birth of her daughter Honor Marie Warren.
The Hollywood hottie mixed some old- and new-school techniques for the delivery.
“I wanted to do it naturally. The labor was more like meditation,” she said. “I did yoga breathing. I was focused.”
Asked why she named her baby “Honor,” Alba said a friend suggested it – and because she hates her own name.
“I was always irritated that my name was Jessica,” said Alba, who’s twice played the Invisible Woman in the “Fantastic Four” films.
