HEFTY RAP SHEETS FOR QUEENS GUNFIGHT TRIO

The thug who allegedly fired three shots at a Brooklyn detective – along with the suspect’s two friends – have extensive rap sheets in Queens dating back to 2003, state records show.

Stephon Allston, 22, the gunman who allegedly fired at Detective Ivan Davison, has been arrested three times prior to Sunday’s shooting.

His first arrest was on July 15, 2003, when Allston was charged with robbery after stealing a bicycle. He pleaded guilty and got five years of probation because he was a youthful offender.

He was arrested on Jan. 4, 2007, and charged with weapons possession, assault as a hate crime and criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Allston was also charged with resisting arrest after he attacked a cop who was trying to cuff him, records show. He pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and spent six months in jail.

His third arrest came this past May 8 when he was busted for marijuana possession. He pleaded guilty and was given a conditional discharge and 15 days of community service.

Accused accomplice Rasheem Anderson, 24, has been arrested nine times with his first arrest dating back to March 2003, records show.

Three arrests came when he was a minor for an array of charges, including criminal contempt, robbery, assault, trespass, loitering and criminal mischief.

Anderson, of Queens, spent 15 days on Rikers Island after he was busted for menacing. He returned to Rikers for five months after he kicked in the front window of a home on Sept. 16, 2007.

He was charged with menacing in that case.

Last Feb. 15, he was busted for possession of stolen property. He pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of marijuana and paid a $100 fine.

Javon Goldson, 27, also of Queens, has two prior arrests and has used aliases in the past, records show.

On March 20, 2006, he was busted for driving while impaired by drugs. On April 9, Goldson was arrested for driving without a license.
