‘GIRLS GONE WILD’ VIDEO BOSS BUSTED

The boss of a “Girls Gone Wild” video crew went wild himself – sexually assaulting a young woman aboard a raunchy-party bus after a shoot in a Long Island bar, authorities said.

Matthew O’Sullivan, 37, eyeballed the 20-year-old victim in the Nubar tavern in Smithtown as the film crew was filming a wet T-shirt contest, cops said.

O’Sullivan asked the young woman, who was not a contestant in the revealing splash-fest, to join him for a bawdy bus bash in the bar’s parking lot at 2 a.m. today.

“She went inside with this guy just to see what was going on and, subsequently, she was assaulted,” said Suffolk Detective Lt. Robert Edwards, adding that other people were getting on and off the bus at the same time.

“It was short of a rape situation, but it was a sexual assault,” Edwards said.

At his arraignment today, Suffolk County prosecutors said O’Sullivan and the victim started touching and kissing, which she had no problem with.

But things took a tawdry turn when he allegedly pulled down her shorts and underwear as he put his hands around her throat to keep her from running out.

The young woman was able to break free when her friends came on the bus. The pals yanked back a curtain and saw her struggling with O’Sullivan, prosecutors said.

The friends called 911 and the victim was able to flag down a passing police car, Edwards said.

O’Sullivan, of Los Angeles, allegedly tried to keep cops at bay by locking himself inside the bus, but he eventually opened up the doors and was arrested.

He was charged with criminal sexual act in the first degree, which could land him behind bars for up to 25 years if he’s convicted.

Judge Toni Bean set bail at $200,000 bond or $100,000 cash bail. O’Sullivan had no lawyer with him today, so the judge ordered him back to court today.

Edwards said police impounded the bus several hours after the arrest because it was “the crime scene” and “we anticipate looking in the bus for evidence.”

He said they are not aware of any video of the alleged assault but may seek footage shot that night.

Edwards declined to comment about whether O’Sullivan had any prior arrests.

O’Sullivan, who was sporting a “Girls Gone Wild” T-shirt, kept his mouth shut as he was escorted in handcuffs from a Hauppague police station to his court arraignment.

Neither “Girls Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis or his employees returned several phone calls seeking comment.
