STRAHAN’S EX-WIFE IS $ACKED

Retired Giants great Michael Strahan scored big time yesterday when an appeals court booted an order requiring him to pay $18,200 a month in child support for his 4-year-old twin daughters, Sophia and Isabella.

The three-judge panel of the New Jersey Appellate Division ordered a lower court to recalculate the amount. The panel also reversed a ruling requiring Strahan, the NFL’s all-time sack king, to pay $14,000 in legal and accounting fees incurred by his ex-wife, Jean. And it said that now that he is retired, the ex-defensive end doesn’t need to have a $7.5 million disability policy.

“I’m elated with the decision,” Strahan, a Fox broadcaster who is vacationing in Greece, wrote in an e-mail to his lawyer, Robert Penza. “That’s great news. I couldn’t be happier.”

Penza agreed. “I’m happy with the ruling. It was a total win for us,” he said.

The sack king and his ex were involved in a nasty divorce battle over whether he should pay her 20 percent of his annual earnings under a prenup deal. Last year, Essex County Superior Court Judge James Convery awarded Jean $15.3 million plus $218,000 a year – or $18,200 a month – for the twins.
