JOHN LEGEND ONE OF MANY CELEBS AT DNC

Singer John Legend is one of many celebrities that made their presence known at the 2008 Democratic National Convention.

The Grammy-award crooner, however, made an immediate artistic contribution to the DNC when he debuted his new single, “If You’re Out There,” at Monday night’s opening session of the DNC at Denver’s Pepsi Center.

Legend explained to the NYPost.com what inspire him to write the melody, which will be found on his next album, “Evolver.”
