ALOMAR SETTLES AIDS SUIT

Former Met Roberto Alomar has quietly settled a lawsuit by an ex-girlfriend accusing the baseball star of having unprotected sex while he was secretly suffering from AIDS.

Alomar made quick work of getting rid of the shocking allegations by former flame Ilya Dall, who filed her lawsuit in February and resolved the case yesterday under a confidentiality agreement.

A letter filed in Brooklyn federal court shows Dall, 31, agreed to drop the suit “voluntarily,” but the records say nothing about any money changing hands.

“The letter speaks for itself,” Alomar’s lawyer, Charles Bach said, refusing to discuss any of the details.

Dall lived with the former All-Star for three years and claims Alomar, 41, tested positive for HIV in February 2006.

Alomar denied he has AIDS in a recent interview with The Post.

Calls to Dall and her lawyer were not returned.
