Poach ‘rap’ vs. boxer

Undefeated boxer Floyd “Money” Mayweather Jr. could be counted out for failing to answer a suit that charges he poached a rapper for his “Philthy Rich Records” label.

In court papers filed yesterday, Just for You Entertainment says the six-time champion — formerly known as “Pretty Boy” — was slapped with the suit in November, and the time to respond “has long since expired.”

The Long Island-based management firm wants a default judgment for the $155,000. That would cover studio time and living expenses for rapper Freck Billionaire, as well as child support the rap star owed.

Billionaire, real name Jeffrey Whitters, allegedly broke his contract and signed up with Mayweather.

The company is also seeking a Manhattan federal court inquest into its claim for at least $600,000 in additional damages.

A rep for the welterweight — who’s set to face off against “Sugar” Shane Mosley next month in Las Vegas — did not respond to a request for comment.
