Dressed to the Nines!

The ladies of “Nine” were a perfect 10 at last night’s Golden Globes.

Part-time Pea and full-time star Fergie showed her softer side in a strapless lilac Elie Saab gown with embellished waist detail while doting hubby Josh Duhamel shielded her from the elements, holding a giant umbrella over her pretty head.

Penelope Cruz made a splash in a black mermaid gown with delicate lace sleeves from Giorgio Armani’s 2005 Prive collection. Marion Cotillard stunned in a dark green Dior bustier dress with a thigh-high splice and peek-a-boo lace slip. Newly single — and clearly ready to mingle — Kate Hudson was the night’s best-dressed in a showstopping white Marchesa number with a sculpted bodice that hugged everything in all the right places. Eat your heart out, A-Rod!

“Nine” actress Nicole Kidman, meanwhile, clearly got the nude memo that was sent out before the night’s festivities. She shined in a blush pink Nina Ricci satin gown with delicate bow and button details. And she took “sheer” seriously. We noticed the dress was see-through.

Also sporting “barely there” was Chloe Sevigny of “Big Love” — in a romantic Valentino rose-colored sleeveless ruffle gown — and Emily Blunt of “The Young Victoria” — in a ballet slipper pink dress by Roberto Cavalli fit for a princess. As for Elisabetta Canalis’ strappy cut-out nakedness. Who made it? Who cares! Date George Clooney is the must-have accessory for all seasons.

“That blush color is so easy to wear. It feels timeless and it also feels really confident because you look naked and that’s the sex appeal of that color,” says celebrity stylist Robert Verdi, who dresses Eva Longoria and Mariska Hargitay.

“It’s less about the dress and more about the girl. It leaves nothing to the imagination.”

Other highlights included Mariah Carey’s Golden Globes — double the pleasure, double the fun, tanned bronzed perfection. Turns out Nick Cannon is a lucky man. Well, when she’s not drunk, that is.

Also in black, but more, erm, under wraps was January Jones (who held her own umbrella, thank you very much) who kept it sassy and classy in a sculpted open-back Lanvin gown with a sweet black ribbon headband. Betty Draper would be proud.
