Starr report

The intrepid David Fishof is teaming with Mark Burnett and VH1 for a four-part series, “Rock ‘N’ Roll Fantasy Camp,” based on David’s camp (of the same name) in which everyday people perform in concert with real-life rockers (past campers have included Roger Daltrey and Steven Tyler). Michael Anthony, Rudy Sarzo and Duff McKagan will appear on the show, airing in July.

More music: Jody Joseph and her band perform on Sunday’s “Today in New York” (6-8 a.m./Ch. 4) to promote the premiere of Joseph’s “One Diva. . .One Legend. . .One Woman” show at The Gramercy Theater (in which Jody portrays Janis Joplin and Stevie Nicks).

Kristin Chenoweth’s up coming guest-starring role on “Glee” has forced her to cancel a Jan. 22 appearance in the Marilyn Horne Founda tion’s annual recital at Carnegie Hall. Chenoweth bailed “due to contractual obligations” with “Glee,” according to press releases from both Carnegie Hall and the Marilyn Horne Foundation (hey, this is serious stuff). Chenoweth will be replaced by the Met’s Kathleen Kim. Some where, someone harrumphs.

One of the nicest people I’ve encountered in this business, Anna Carbonell, is retiring from Ch. 4 after a long career at WNBC/Telemundo (and, before that, at WABC/Ch. 7). Station veteran Ofelia Castiblanco has been promoted to director of community affairs for NBC Local Media and Telemundo (Ch. 47), assuming the community affairs respon sibilities held by Anna. Congrats to both.

Last, but not least:

* Erica Hill joins “The Early Show” as newsreader . . . But Siriusly: Jackie Martling has been named spokes man for The Hoboken International Film Festival . . . Nina Dobrev (“Vampire Diaries”) turned 21 by partying (with Svedka vodka) at LA’s Armani Exchange . . . “Access Hollywood” EP Rob Silver stein barks that his show was up 24 percent last week vs. the week before.
