Parker gets a pass

Brooklyn Democrat Kevin Parker, a k a Sen. Ticking Time Bomb, was sentenced to three years’ probation yesterday for attacking Post photographer William Lopez back in 2009.

Parker was convicted of misdemeanor criminal mischief — soft-hands treatment, considering the way he manhandled Lopez and his camera.

In addition to probation, state Judge Neil Firetog slapped Parker with:

* A $1,000 fine and $672 in restitution to The Post for damaging Lopez’s camera.

* An order of protection barring Parker from contact with Lopez, and mandatory anger-management classes.

All in all, a slap on the wrist — and not nearly enough to deter this raging poster-person for Albany dysfunction.

As the prosecutor in his case said, Parker “has a history of threatening physical violence, as well as bullying and assaulting members of his staff, members of the Senate” and others besides.

Boy, does he ever.

* Last year, he reportedly called a female Senate colleague a “bitch” and had to be physically restrained.

* In 2008, he allegedly shoved a female aide and stomped on her glasses.

* In 2005, he was arrested for punching a traffic-ticket agent and ordered into anger-management classes.

Guess the classes didn’t work that time. And we’re guessing they’re not going to cure his volcanic temper this time, either.

It’s clear Parker’s simply unfit for public office. Too bad the judge didn’t issue a restraining order barring him from running amok in Albany, too.
