Riverdale must have been too boring a name for Bronx condo sellers, who are billing their location as NoMa — apparently as in North of Manhattan.
The Solaria Riverdale project — with one- to five-bedroom units advertised for about $900,000 to $2 million — is prominently using its self-invented “NoMa” title in Web advertising.
The project does disclose that its sale center is at 640 W. 237th St. — in Riverdale.
