Jenn Sterger, the former New York Jets sideline reporter who brought Brett Favre’s “sexting” habits to light, is looking for work.

The football belle is about to resurface in a new role — ringside reporter for FUEL TV’s upcoming “Hometown Throwdown.”

During the pair of one-hour specials, set to air early next month, Sterger enters the ring to talk with the local kickboxing contestants who are bucking for the Hometown Hero title.

“Hometown Throwdown” marks the first new TV job that Big Apple-based Sterger has had since the Favre sexting scandal broke last October.

Her previous hosting gig on Versus’ sports-centered “The Daily Line” ended last November due to a combination of poor ratings and her high visibility in the Favre scandal.

The 27-year-old brunette has also began last week making the rounds of cable networks and production companies looking for jobs hosting reality shows, according to sources.

She is not pitching ideas, says the sources, but looking to get in on shows that are already in the pipeline.

Some of the sources say she may have waited to long to look for work.

“She should’ve cashed in when she had the chance,” said one exec.

The two FUEL specials were taped in LaCrosse, Wis. early last month and feature amateur, blue collar fighters and tough guys — including construction workers, butchers and cops — brawling for prize money and the coveted Hometown Hero title.

Sterger’s agent, Mark Turner, confirms that “Jenn has also had discussions with a number of media companies and has been in talks about a variety of opportunities.” He declined to say if she’d gotten any offers.
