Starr report

It’s an O’Downer . . .

Ratings for Rosie O’Donnell’s “The Rosie Show” continue to plummet on Oprah Winfrey’s struggling OWN cable network.

For the week of Oct. 31, “The Rosie Show” averaged only 185,000 viewers at 7 p.m. — down from 223,000 viewers the week before and off from the 321,000 viewers the show attracted its opening week (Oct. 10). The show, in fact, has dropped off each of the four weeks it’s been on the air, which is never a good sign, particularly for what’s considered the network’s “franchise” vehicle.

Faring just a little better is Winfrey’s show, “Oprah’s Lifeclass,” which follows “The Rosie Show” at 8 p.m. Last week, “Lifeclass” averaged just 274,000 viewers, down from 297,000 the week before and off from the 310,000 it pulled in its opening week, according to Nielsen.

It was better news for Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” which returned Sunday night to 2.9 million viewers — the highest-rated season premiere in its history (up 20 percent from last season) and also the most-watched season premiere in the history of the entire “Housewives” franchise, bar none.

Last, but not least:

* Gold Coast Studios (in Bethpage) will offer its studios free of charge for the production of any network pilot that will help Americans learn more about the challenges and needs faced by military families — part of First Lady Michelle Obama’s “Joining Forces” initiative . . . Al Roker patiently posing for photos over at the SiriusXM studios yesterday (49th & 6th) . . . Sam Trammell (“True Blood”) scarfing down a signature Kansas steak at the newly opened 35 Steaks + Martinis restaurant inside the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino (in Vegas) . . . MSG’s Fuse will air Z100’s Jingle Ball on Sunday, Dec. 18 (7 p.m.). This year’s concert features Kelly Clarkson, Demi Lovato and others . . . Couples looking to spice up their love lives — before the reality cameras, of course — should contact Janelle Randazza by Dec. 8 (randazzacasting@gmail.com).
