Qns. gal describes ‘rape & set-up’ horror

A Queens woman at the center of an alleged diabolical plot to discredit her rape allegations told jurors yesterday about the horrific attack and the sick scheme to cover it up.

Restaurant owner Seemona Sumasar testified that she spent seven months in jail away from her daughter after her ex-lover, Jerry Ramrattan, roped three cohorts into filing trumped-up theft charges against her.

Sumasar, 36, said her May 2010 arrest came after she refused to drop charges against Ramrattan, 39, whom she accused of imprisoning her for hours before viciously raping her.

She said Ramrattan, 39, gagged her and bound her arms and legs with duct tape before sexually attacking her.

“He followed me into the apartment and asked for me to sit down and talk,” Sumasar said. “I didn’t want to see him anymore because I found out that he was married.”

The three false victims, Rajive Muhammad, Terrell Lovell and Luz Johnson, were convicted of perjury and also are expected to testify against Ramrattan.
