Cops hurt breaking up Washington Heights bar brawl

A Washington Heights club brawl injured two responding cops early this morning, law-enforcement sources said.

A large fight erupted at the night club Vintage on Tenth Avenue near West 211th Street shortly before 4:30 a.m., with one rowdy partygoer spraying mace and others smashing bottles, sources said.

Two cops from the 34th Precinct arrived and approached two men outside who were hurling bottles in the clash, the sources said. Both officers were attacked, and one suffered a mild concussion and the other lost a tooth, law-enforcement sources said. EMS took them to St. Luke’s Hospital in stable condition.

At least one person was in custody over the incident, sources said.
