‘A’jad pal’ rabbi a deadbeat

He questions the Holocaust — and denies his landlord the rent.

Anti-Zionist Rabbi Moses Friedman — a pal of Holocaust-denying Iranian President Ahmadinejad and a believer in the destruction of Israel — is a deadbeat who hasn’t paid rent on his two Brooklyn apartments all year, according to court papers.

Now he must cough up $17,050 in back rent or face eviction, Judge Bruce Scheckowitz ruled in housing court last week.

Friedman in the past said he does not deny the Holocaust happened, but believes recent research suggests that only 1 million Jews were murdered — not 6 million.

Friedman moved from Vienna to Brooklyn in 2007, and rented two apartments on 13th Avenue in Borough Park for $1,550 a month each, according to court papers.

In court last week, Friedman claimed he never signed leases for the apartments and was allowed to live there for free to help the owner obtain financing for the building.

Scheckowitz called Friedman’s version of events “creative at best.”

Friedman, representing him himself in the case, could not be reached for comment.

Adam Leitman Bailey, a lawyer representing the landlord, declined to comment.
