Ex-Miss Russia to stay at Rikers on RX-theft charges

A retired Miss Russia will stay on Rikers Island on prescription-theft charges for the holidays, a Manhattan judge ruled today.

Former Miss Universe finalist Anna Malova, 39, had been enjoying the relative luxury of an in-patient Bronx drug rehab facility — until another patient took out an order of protection and accused Malova of slapping her last week.

“This patient is still pursuing an order of protection, and as long as that is pending the program can’t bring her back,” explained her lawyer, Robert Gottlieb.

The slap rap has jeopardized Malova’s freedom and her no-jail, no-record, no-deportation deal on a 44-count indictment charging she filched prescription sheets from two psychiatrists and used them to get the painkillers Vicodin and Klonipin.

The green-eyed ex-queen had been crowned Miss Russia in 1998; she was once linked romantically to billionaire hedge-fund big George Soros and comedian Garry Shandling. She’ll stay jailed at least until her next court appearance, January 3.
