She’s livin’ largentina

Argentina’s wealthiest woman, Maria Amalia Lacroze de Fortabat — the 90-year-old billionaire widow of industrialist Alfredo Fortabat — is even wealthier after just selling her Pierre apartment for $19.5 million.

The gorgeous, 14-room duplex co-op is 6,100 square feet with five bedrooms and six bathrooms. There’s a 1,700-square-foot terrace overlooking Central Park. The hefty $20,000-plus maintenance each month includes amenities like four hours of daily maid service, fresh linens and turndown service.

De Fortabat, a serious art collector who was once painted by Andy Warhol, has her own museum in Buenos Aires. But the art from her Pierre home is being sold, with some pieces offered during Capo Auction’s Dec. 17 event. These pieces include a rare, 19th- century Russian polychrome, enameled and bejeweled “Madonna and Child” icon (estimated at $11,000) and a rare Yaacov Agam electrified “kinetic” sculpture table, circa 1975 (estimated at $5,500).”

Wine and Food at Lee’s place

Food-festival mogul Lee Brian Schrager and his partner, pediatric surgeon Ricardo Restrepo, showed off their new Ansonia condo at a brunch party on Sunday. They recently bought the two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,264-square-foot condo for $1.55 million after selling their one-bedroom unit in the same Upper West Side building.

Brunch guests including restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow raved about the roast chicken and some of the other dishes served at the party by chef Harold Moore of hot downtown restaurant Commerce.

Schrager also has a home in Miami’s Design District. His annual South Beach Wine and Food Festival has grown from 6,000 visitors each year to 50,000 for last February’s 10th anniversary. When he’s not in Miami, he’s often in New York working on his annual New York Wine and Food Festival.

Carrey goes big

Jim Carrey’s downtown bachelor-pad hunt continues. As we previously reported, the funnyman had been looking for apartments in the $5 million to $8 million range — and now he’s visiting even bigger, more lavish residences.

He recently checked out a $13.65 million townhouse at 233 W. 20th St. The Chelsea townhouse, built in 1824 and completely renovated, is 7,000 square feet, with six bedrooms and six-plus bathrooms. The home includes a grand entrance foyer, an elevator, two chef’s kitchens and a solarium flanked by two terraces.

Rich Mitch

Los Angeles Lakers general manager Mitch Kupchak will be Hamptons-bound this summer.

Earlier this year, Kupchak, who actually grew up on Long Island, bought a modest three-bedroom house on Old Montauk Highway in Amagansett for $1.65 million. He’s since torn down the home and is in the midst of creating a new Traditional-style mansion that will be around 4,000 square feet. Michael Forst, a third-generation East End builder, is in charge of the project. Spies say the sheetrock and siding is already up.

Kupchak will be in good company in Amagansett. His summer neighbors will include Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin.

Making a Cline getaway

J. Michael Cline, a managing partner with private equity firm Accretive Technology Partners, is trying to sell his mansion at 772 North St. in Greenwich, Conn. Sotheby’s has the $17.5 million listing.

The 10,000-square-foot home, built in 1993, has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

In addition to being a financier, Cline is an animal lover who’s donated money to the cause of saving wild tigers.

We hear . . .

That Carlos Leon, Madonna’s ex and father of her daughter Lourdes, just visited a 4,000-square-foot, $13,200-a-month Union Square commercial rental. Perhaps Leon, a personal trainer, is looking for a gym space. The unit has 12-foot ceilings and a private elevator landing. Brokerage firm Miron Properties declined to comment.
