FORT LEE, N.J. — Searchers are looking in the Hudson River near the George Washington Bridge after police found some personal items on a pedestrian walkway.
A spokesman for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey police department says officers reported finding an iPad, a pair of shoes and a set of keys on the eastbound walkway of the upper level of the bridge at about 7:30 a.m. Friday.
The officers notified harbor search teams.
