Brooklyn Republican chairman Craig Eaton today endorsed Romney for president.
“I believe Mitt Romney has the vision and leadership America needs in the next four years,” Eaton said. “It’s time for a president with hands-on experience in the business world and Mitt Romney’s business skills would provide our economy with a steady hand and a clear idea of what’s needed to turn things around.”
Eaton’s backing further solidifies Romney’s GOP establishment support throughout the city and state. Romney has racked up more endorsements than any of his GOP rivals, including from state Senate Majority Leader Dean Skelos (R-Nassau), Staten Island power broker Guy Molinari, and Congress members Michael Grimm and Peter King.
