Bloody vicious

A Queens teacher last year grabbed and pinched a fifth-grade student’s ear so hard that it started bleeding, an investigation found.

But rather than ’fess up and report the injury, Jeanine Stoyer Rivera, a teacher at PS 181 (pictured) tried to cover it up by continually claiming in her disciplinary hearing that she had nothing to do with the vicious act.

But even after finding that the veteran teacher’s testimony was “simply not credible,” the hearing officer let Stoyer Rivera off with a $10,000 fine because of her 18 years of service.

Now she’s back in the classroom.

Stoyer Rivera, whose salary is $85,000 a year, did not respond to a phone message seeking comment.
