Bushwick Community HS art teacher Giovanna Vasconez treated her classroom like a dating service — bedding one of her students and fooling around with another, according to city officials.
She also allegedly smoked pot and drank alcohol with those two students, and a third, official documents show.
Investigators in the Office of the Special Commissioner of Investigation found that she began regularly hanging out with the students at her ex-boyfriend’s house in 2009.
Vasconez admitted spending time with the students but denied any inappropriate behavior.
But an independent arbitrator found the students’ stories to be credible and terminated Vasconez in September
