Pervy pedagogues living on $leazy street

City taxpayers fork over $647,159 a year in salaries for seven teachers who never teach.

While legally cleared to return to class, the city Department of Education still deems the sleazy seven a danger to kids because of alleged sexual misconduct. They do only office tasks such as photocopying and answering phones.

Besides Alan Rosenfeld, 66, who hasn’t taught since 2001 and collects $100,049 a year, they include:

* Radharaman Upadhyaya, 55, a guidance counselor at Long Island City HS. Suspended three days for failing to report his arrest on charges he fondled a learning-disabled student at his home. The witness was found not credible, and the criminal case dropped.

Hasn’t taught since 2003.

Salary: $102,852.

* Aryeh Eller, 46, music teacher at Hillcrest HS. Accused in 1998 of hugging a girl and telling another, “You have a nice ass.” An arbitrator ruled he wasn’t informed of his rights.

Hasn’t taught since 2003.

* Wayne Miller, science teacher at Jamaica HS. Accused of sexually assaulting a child, but the alleged victim recanted and the case was dismissed.

Hasn’t taught since 2002.

Salary: $78,039

* George Addison, 42, special education teacher. Accused of putting his hand down the pants of a 15-year-old pupil. The criminal case was dismissed.

* Bruce Schachter, 59, Urban Science Academy, MS 325 in The Bronx. Charged with 10 counts of verbal abuse with “sexual connotations” in 2005-06. Arbitrator upheld four counts, finding he asked students to write why they needed to use the bathroom, called kids “fat,” told one she “has nice legs,” and another he’d like her to stay at his beach house. Suspended six months without pay.

Hasn’t taught since 2006.

Salary: $100,049.

* Angel Salazar. Accused of “multiple acts of inappropriate actions and language of sexual nature,” the DOE said. The arbitrator dismissed the case.
