A maintenance worker has been busted for allegedly raping a woman after breaking into her Manhattan apartment while she slept.
Alberto Delgado, 37, of Queens, was arrested Tuesday on rape charges for allegedly assaulting the 24-year-old woman in her apartment on East 30th Street near Third Avenue, police sources said.
The attack occurred in the early-morning hours on Dec. 16 after the victim attended a party at another apartment in the building, the sources said.
