Giants have healthy roster for Super Bowl

INDIANAPOLIS — When Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw practices, his right foot gets sore. That’s why he doesn’t practice very often. Bradshaw surprised coach Tom Coughlin this week by taking part in practice Wednesday and Thursday on a limited basis before, as expected, taking yesterday off.

Coughlin said Bradshaw’s foot “was a little sore’’ but did not seem concerned.

“But he’s OK,’’ Coughlin said. “He’ll be ready. He’ll be listed as probable. In fact, I don’t believe we’ll have anyone listed as questionable for the game.’’

The Giants have six players listed as probable for Super Bowl XLVI tomorrow against the Patriots, and all are expected to play.

One player added to the injury list, safety Tyler Sash, had his foot stepped on midway through practice at the University of Indianapolis. Sash said though a team spokesman he is fine.

In addition to Sash, also listed as probable are Bradshaw, defensive end Osi Umenyiora (ankle, knee), wide receiver Hakeem Nicks (shoulder), cornerback Corey Webster (hamstring) and linebacker Jacquian Williams (foot).

For the third straight day, per Coughlin’s instructions, the Giants had crowd noise pumped into the indoor bubble and the temperature set at 70 degrees after hearing that the temperature inside Lucas Oil Stadium at kickoff should be 68 to 70 degrees.

“We were able to get a good sweat going, working in conditions like they’ll have [tomorrow],’’ Coughlin said. “Of course, we didn’t have 60,000 people watching.’’
