Bx. teen stabbed to death in B’klyn football brawl

A Bronx teen was fatally stabbed in Brooklyn last night when a brawl broke out during a pick-up game of football, cops said.

Edgar Soto, 17, had been attending a friend’s birthday party in Williamsburg when he and some pals went to throw the pigskin around in the nearby Keyfood supermarket parking lot on Grand and Lormier streets at about 11:38 p.m., according to cops.

Another group approached, heated words were exchanged, and violence broke out.

Soto was wounded in the melee, and his friends dragged him back to the house party to await an ambulance, cops added.

He was rushed to Woodhull Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

There are no arrests at this time, and the investigation is ongoing.
