The Giants scored a big touchdown last week in the final minute of the Super Bowl against the New England Patriots, and in that spirit, their chairman and co-owner, Steve Tisch, just scored a big rental apartment at Trump Park Avenue. Tisch signed a lease for Donny Deutsch’s old digs, penthouse 23, for around $60,000 a month. The full-floor, 13-room home with four terraces overlooks Park Avenue and Central Park.
The condo (which is currently also on the market for $33 million) comes with almost 1,000 square feet of outdoor space and five bedrooms. The building, at 502 Park Ave., was previously the Hotel Delmonico and before that the Viceroy Hotel, when it was built in 1929.
Deutsch moved out when his $21 million townhouse, done by architect Frederic Schwartz, was completed on East 78th Street.
Coincidentally, Tisch’s brother, Jonathan, the billionaire co-chair of Loews Corp., and wife Lizzie lived at 502 Park until their $48 million co-op on East 68th Street was completed.

One loft to leave
Soap star Michael Easton, who originated the role of John McBain on ABC’s “One Life to Live,” has put his apartment in the historic O’Neill Building, at 655 Sixth Ave., on the market for $1.295 million. The one-bedroom, 1 1/2-bathroom condo on the third floor is 984 square feet, with 13-foot ceilings, distressed-oak floors, California closets and big-room proportions for entertaining. The open chef’s kitchen includes a washer/dryer and a marble island. The flat also comes with a large storage locker.
Although “OLTL” was cancelled, Easton, who was once named one of People magazine’s “50 Most Beautiful People,” was lucky enough to reprise the role in another ABC soap, “General Hospital,” which films in Hollywood.

Let’s get ‘Real’
Less than a month after Kelly Bensimon listed her East Hampton mansion for $12 million, the Real Housewife knocked a third off the price. The new ask for the two-story, five-bedroom home on Further Lane is $8 million.
It’s 5,800 square feet with a fireplace in the living room and another in the master suite, as well as vaulted ceilings with rustic wood beams and lots of decking. There are also a pool and pond on the 1.2-acre property. Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Enzo Morabito has the listing.

That NBA hoops phenom Jeremy Lin, who, as we reported, has sublet former Knick David Lee’s apartment at Trump Tower in White Plains, is still looking in the city and Westchester, including the Residences at the Ritz-Carlton in Westchester, where three-month one-bedroom rentals start around $5,500 a month . . . The penthouse at 34 Greene St., where Katie Couric once toured, is in contract; the mystery buyer is a non-boldfaced name with a near-maniacal obsession for privacy.
