As the Steppenwolf classic blared pre-show, audience members gaggled around runway props that suggested a biker theme: a motorcycle and the Tron Legacy Bike.

After seasons of reinventing their very sparkly wheel, David and Phillipe Blond succeeded yet again for fall. Sending a gang of biker babes down the runway in updated variations on their iconic corsets, the duo ran with their motor-theme in a most festive fashion. Some were topped off with embellished biker jackets, while others bore a pave leopard print. Colorful embroidered options were a (very) high end version of a do-it-yourself patchwork vest, while a bleached denim and metal mesh corset dress looked like something straight out of a Rihanna video (makes sense, given that the songbird is a fan of the brand).
There were head-to-toe trimmings, too: crystal-encrusted motorcycle helmets topped off most looks (as did pin-straight, exaggerated blond ponytails), and footwear was shown in the way of those now-ubiquitous Swarovski-embellished Christian Louboutin stilettos and kicks (we have already added the latter to our wish list).
