Four NYPD detectives on desk duty amid sex-assault allegations: sources

Four NYPD detectives have been bumped to desk duty amid allegations one sexually assaulted a waitress during a boozy on-duty meal at a Manhattan restaurant, law enforcement sources said.

The four have also lost their guns and badges over the incident at Parilla, a steak house in Washington Heights.

Allegedly, the cops drank wine with their meal at the eatery during a one-hour work break.

Investigators are trying to sort out allegations that one of the cops sexually assaulted a waitress, or paid her for sex, the sources said.

No criminal charges have been filed yet in the incident.
