The Upper East Side’s alleged hockey-mom madam could be sprung today.

Anna Gristina’s lawyer, Peter Gleason, will offer to put his own TriBeCa loft up as collateral to free the mom of four — who is charged with running a multimillion-dollar prostitution ring — on $2 million bond, The Post has learned.

The paperwork, to be filed today in Manhattan Criminal Court, must still be approved by Judge Juan Merchan.

“I think Pete Gleason has a passion for justice and a congenital hatred of bullies. And when he sees someone being pushed around, he intervenes,” said civil-rights lawyer Ron Kuby, who is aiding Gleason.

It is extremely unusual, but not unethical, for a lawyer to post bail for his client.

Gleason will even allow Gristina, 44, her four kids and her third husband, Kelvin, to stay at his North Moore Street condo if the judge doesn’t want her to leave the Big Apple, according to the affidavit to be filed today.

Gleason’s home — with four rooms and two baths — is worth about $2.5 million.

Gristina is offering to wear a monitoring ankle bracelet if the judge signs off on the deal.

The development comes as her beautiful alleged accomplice, Jaynie Mae Baker, is expected to turn herself in today to answer a promoting-prostitution charge.

The blond Baker has been considered a fugitive, although friends said she has simply been visiting family out of town.

As for Gristina, she has been at Rikers Island since Feb. 22, when she was charged with a single count of promoting prostitution after a five-year investigation by the DA’s Public Corruption Unit, which prosecutes police and public officials. Sources have said authorities suspect she may have been protected by some cops and even DA employees.

Gleason was hired by Gristina after grabbing her attention through his vocal criticism of the Village Voice’s adult ads.

Those escort and massage ads, found in its back pages and online at BackPage.com, promote human trafficking and the exploitation of women, Gleason has said.

That, plus his devotion to animal rights, is why Gristina picked him last week to represent her.

High-profile lawyer Robert Gottlieb is repping the 30-year-old Baker, who owns a condo in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and worked at the online matchmaking outfit VIP Life. As with Gristina, she could face seven years in the state pen if convicted on the charges.

Gottlieb declined comment.

Sources have said that for nearly five years, the DA kept tabs on Gristina and later Baker in the hope of netting a high-profile john.

“[DA Cy Vance] wanted a sensational bust from the black book,” one source said. “They let [the investigation] keep going because some big names were suspected to be customers.”

Gristina, in an exclusive interview with The Post last week from Rikers Island, said investigators pressed her to rat out clients involved in politics, real estate and finance. “In effect, it was, ‘Tell us what we want, and we’ll let you go,’ ” she said.
