Second employee sues designer Alexander Wang

It’s become a fashionable trend to sue famed designer Alexander Wang.

Another former employee filed civil action today against the designer — known for his “off-duty model look” of threads — accusing him of running an inhumane sweatshop.

Wenyu Lu filed a $50 million civil suit a week ago today against the fashionista and brother Dennis Wang, for allegedly making him 16-hour days with no OT or breaks.

The Queens Supreme Court lawsuit left it open for more victims to join, naming Lu and “other similarly situated” people as plaintiffs.

The civil action was amended this morning to add Flor Duante, a 48-year-old single mother of three, who claims she was forced to work more than 90 hours a week in Wang’s sweatshop.

Duante claims she and Lu were both fired after making workers compensation claims.

Wang’s representatives could not be immediately reached for comment.
