A Queens man allegedly beat a stray cat to death after getting tossed from a bar for drunkeness, authorities said yesterday.
Richard Ferrugio, 39, was booted from Neirs Tavern in Woodhaven on Feb. 7. He stumbled to his car and took out a tire iron, officials said.
He then repeatedly struck a black and white cat with the weapon and also kicked the defenseless animal, officials said. He was arrested Friday.
