What’s up, doc

$35/MONTH: Vittorio Assaf’s unit is for rent. (
)

Great Scott! Jude Law is on the hunt for a downtown rental in the $10,000-plus range.

One apartment that the actor, who plays Dr. Watson in the new “Sherlock Holmes” films, saw was a stunning triplex in an 1853 townhouse.

The sprawling, 2,600-square-foot residence, which comes with a private garden, is in the heart of the West Village at 109 Greenwich Ave. The $10,500-a-month rental, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 11-foot ceilings, is available furnished (with lots of beautiful antiques). Original details include ceiling moldings, antique pine doors and wide-plank floors.

Spies say Law was low-key as he visited the property with an assistant and a broker. We hear that he’s looking to rent while working on a new film in the city — and that his children and his parents will be staying off-and-on during the stint.

Listing broker Tatiana Cames of the Corcoran Group could not be reached for comment.

Hot ‘Gossip’

“Gossip Girl” star Ed Westwick might play an Upper East Side mogul-in-training on TV, but in real life he’s a hipster who just bought a unit at the Edge condo complex in Williamsburg.

Westwick, who first rented in the Edge, has purchased a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,099-square-foot condo. Douglaston Development, which built the Edge, would not divulge the price, but comparable units are listed for just over $1 million.

“One Tree Hill” actor James Lafferty also owns a two-bedroom at the complex.

The Edge has just signed three retail leases: Brooklyn Harvest Market, a 15,000-square-foot organic grocery store with a pizza bar, sushi section and bakery; Fabbrica, an Italian espresso bar and bakery, plus a full-service restaurant — 3,000 square feet in total; and Ride Brooklyn, a chichi bicycle and skateboard shop.

Serafina take-home

Serafina Group restaurateur Vittorio Assaf and his wife, Charlotte, have listed their posh four-bedroom, 5 1/2 -bathroom apartment at the Leonori building on East 63rd Street for $35,000 a month.

The home was designed by Italian architect Misa Poggi, who also designs for Loro Piana Interiors.

The apartment is above Madison Avenue and has Central Park views, a 40-foot-long living room with a fireplace, a chef’s kitchen and 12-foot ceilings. There are also Venetian-plastered walls, a large domed entry and lots of storage space. The rental is available starting June 1.

The Leonori building is a Beaux-Arts structure that dates back to 1901.

The Assafs live in a penthouse that they own a few blocks away.

Listing broker Reba Miller of Core declined to comment.

Feng Shway

West Coast rapper Shwayze, with wife Shelby Keeton and their son, Hendrix, was spotted checking out some downtown rentals on their hunt for a New York pied-à-terre.

One unit that Shwayze and Keeton, a model who married the rapper in February, saw was a cozy, 767-square-foot loft at 121 W. 19th St. The one-bedroom Chelsea rental with a custom library was listed for $3,750 per month.

Miron Properties broker Jeffrey Schleider declined to comment.

‘Lee’ way

Actress Leelee Sobieski has been house-hunting in the Hamptons — looking gorgeous and glam as she drove up to oceanfront beach mansions in a pickup truck with husband Adam Kimmel and their 2-year-old daughter, Louisiana Ray.

Our spies spotted Sobieski at 40 Meadow Lane — a $14.75 million, 6,600-square-foot stunner built in the 1880s, with 10 bedrooms, 8 1/2 bathrooms and four fireplaces with original mantelpieces.

Listing broker Laura Nigro of Prudential Douglas Elliman did not return calls.
