A driver angry over the way a woman parked in Kensington smashed his vehicle into hers — and then claimed to be an IRS agent and left a note threatening to audit her, cops said.

Gary Powers, 54, first ordered the other motorist to move her car forward so he could park at 614 Marlborough Rd. at 5:50 a.m. Tuesday, cops said.

When she refused and walked away, Powers repeatedly slammed his black Honda into the 35-year-old woman’s white Toyota, then left a note saying, “You stupid bitch. I have your license number. I work for the government/IRS. Don’t be surprised if you’re audited.”

The woman returned to her car to find the threat, along with a second note stating, “A black Honda repeatedly banged your vehicle after you left and parked in front of 630 East 24th Street.”

Cops tracked down Powers, who reportedly said he “pushed” the victim’s car forward with his. Powers was arrested and charged with criminal mischief.

It’s not immediately clear whether he ever worked for the IRS, but he is not currently listed as an employee in the local office.
