An ex-con fatally shot a woman over the weekend outside a Staten Island bar — the exact location where his sister killed a prominent lawyer in a DWI nearly five years ago, authorities said.

In Sunday’s shooting, Baydr Taylor, 32, blasted Yolanda Mapp, 31, between the eyes at 2:30 a.m. after a dispute in front of Shooter’s Sports Lounge on Forest Avenue in Mariners Harbor, authorities said.

Taylor, who had just served 70 months for gun trafficking, was allegedly miffed that a bouncer told him to leave after he tried to enter the club wearing a bulletproof vest — which he’d worn to another sister’s wedding earlier that day.

It’s unclear whether Taylor targeted Mapp, possibly for telling him to calm down, or if he randomly fired into a crowd, sources said.

Mapp was rushed to Richmond University Medical Center. She died of her injuries yesterday.

After the shooting, Taylor allegedly fled to a relative’s home in Stapleton, where he was nabbed later in the day during a raid carried out by Emergency Service Unit cops.

He had been out on federal supervised release for the gun-trafficking conviction, records show.

His lengthy rap sheet includes arrests for assault, robbery and drug possession, sources said.

The charges against Taylor for Sunday’s shooting were upgraded to murder after Mapp’s death.

Taylor pleaded not guilty at his arraignment yesterday in Stapleton Criminal Court, where a brief scuffle erupted between his family and Mapp’s 16-year-old son during the proceedings, sources said.

In a bizarre twist, Taylor’s sister Taliyah had fatally mowed down lawyer Larry Simon in October 2006 in front of the same location as Sunday’s shooting, although the establishment had a different name, Chic-N-Bones.

Taliyah Taylor was naked and high on pot and ecstasy at the time. She is serving 22 years to life in state prison.
