PITTSBURGH — Singer Meat Loaf passed out during a concert performance in Pittsburgh — but after receiving on-stage treatment from medics, he got back up and finished the show.
The “Bat Out Of Hell” singer fell to the floor unconscious during the gig Thursday night, and was quickly surrounded by crew and medics who tried to revive him, TMZ reported.
Minutes later, he rose to his feet and continued performing.
Before the concert finished, he told the audience, “I f*****g fainted. I have asthma… I can’t breathe… And then… oh wait, I forgot… I got poked by a pin and bled half to death… and then I got slapped in the face and my tooth is loose.”
The Grammy-winner is currently touring the US in support of his new album, “Hang Cool Teddy Bear.”
