The wife of disgraced physics professor David Flory is standing by her man, even though he faces 40 counts of promoting prostitution in New Mexico for allegedly running an online brothel. Noted Upper West Side therapist Sharon Flory has joined her hubby in their luxurious adobe home in Santa Fe, The Post has learned.
David Flory, 68, and former University of New Mexico President F. Chris Garcia, 71, are accused of running an online cathouse with 200 cybersluts serving more than 1,200 randy rednecks in several Southern states.
Before Flory’s bust, he and his wife split their time between Santa Fe and their pad in the posh Belnord building on West 86th Street. He’s free on $100,000 bail, but can’t leave New Mexico pending grand-jury action.
Detectives are still scrutinizing computers seized from the Florys’ homes and David’s office at Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey, where he taught physics for 42 years before his suspension.
