Star trek

MILANESE SERENADE Restauranteur Joe Bastianich, whose “Masterchef” has its season finale tonight at 9:00 on Fox, has been shooting the show’s Italian version in Milan, where he often enjoys a glass of wine at Cantine Isola, an intimate, old world wine bar founded in 1896 that recalls “the Milan of the fifties and sixties.” But Bastianich’s favorite activity there is busking in Parco Sempione, where he anonymously strums his guitar, singing songs by Bryan Adams, Bob Dylan, and the Grateful Dead. “Whenever the Italians hear music in English,” Bastianich tells the Post, “they listen.”

FAITH IN ALBANIA Starlet Eliza Dushku got the thrill of her life when, in Albania filming a documentary about the country, she was made an Albanian citizen. But the national pride that brought her to her father’s ancestral city of Korca to “see if there are any Dushku’s left” didn’t detract from more leisurely activities. Dushku danced at hotspot Folie Terrace in the city of Tirana, and enjoyed the gorgeous gleam of the “turquoise Adriatic” on the beach at Vlora.

TWEET OF THE WEEK Comedian Russell Brand left his followers a mysterious greeting on a recent trip. “Goodbye Canada, you beautiful bastards,” he writes. “Hello Atlantic City you, glorious lost underwater paradise.” Guess you had to be there.
