President Barack Obama arrives at Minneapolis-St Paul Airport in Minnesota. Obama is travelling to the Midwest on a bus tour of Minnesota, Iowa and Illinois. Built from scratch, the all-black luxury liner with midnight-black-tinted windows debuted yesterday. A second identical twin bus is on a secured garage somewhere in Washington D.C. The construction price on the buses totaled $2,191,960 or roughly $1.1 million per vehicle.
