‘Bring kids back!’

A desperate mother who snatched her eight kids from a supervised child- services visit was still on the lam with her brood yesterday, as the foster mom of the youngest child begged, “Bring them back!’’

Shanel Nadal, 28, fled with her children — seven boys all named Nephra and an infant girl — Monday during her regularly scheduled visit with them at Forestdale Inc. in Forest Hills, Queens, police said.

“I’m trusting in God that she finds it in her heart to do the right thing,’’ said Barbara Emanuel, 40, who has been foster mom to Nadal’s 11-month-old daughter, Nefertiti, since May.

“Come back,’’ she implored Nadal. “Bring them back … and let the system work.”

Emanuel said it was clear that Nadal was plotting to take her children away at the first opportunity.

“I guess she was desperate and looked for any opening,’’ said Emanuel.

Nadal texted Amieka Smith, the foster mother of two of her boys, on Sunday, saying she “cannot live’’ without her children, according to reports.

She is believed to have hatched the plot to take the kids with help from their biological dad, John “Nephra’’ Payne, 34.

Arrest warrants were issued and the FBI has joined the search, believing Nadal has fled to South Carolina, WNBC/Channel 4 reported.

The network added that Nadal was told by the city’s Administration for Children’s Services that she may lose her parental rights and the kids put up for adoption.

The boys range in age from 4 to 11. The children were split among three foster homes after an allegation of domestic abuse.

Emanuel said there was “nothing out of the ordinary’’ when she showed up at the leafy Forestdale compound with Nefertiti at around 5 p.m. for the visit.

She sat on a bench about 25 feet from Nadal and her kids, “giving them privacy’’ as the family played on the park-like grounds.

About 15 minutes into the visit, “I looked up and didn’t see them,” she said.

It’s believed that Nadal took her kids to a vending machine inside the agency — and slipped out with them, officials said.
